Industrial Bug Screen Roll-Up Doors for Warehouses, Loading Docks & Food Facilities
Ventilation Without Contamination
Industrial Bug Screen Roll-Up Doors are designed to maximize airflow while helping keep insects, birds, pests, debris, and airborne contaminants out of your facility.
Commonly installed in warehouses, food processing plants, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and loading dock openings, bug screen doors allow facilities to improve ventilation without sacrificing operational efficiency.
These industrial-grade mesh doors can be installed on dock doors, open warehouse bays, dumpster enclosures, and existing overhead door openings, providing a simple solution for facilities looking to increase airflow while supporting pest control efforts.
For food processing and packaging operations, bug screen doors can also help support facility programs designed to meet USDA and AIB standards.

Why Choose a Bug Screen Roll-Up Door?
- Improves airflow while maintaining a secure barrier.
- Increase airflow and employee comfort.
- Helps support USDA and AIB compliance requirements.
- Reduces pest intrusion and airborne contamination.
- Maintains clear openings for uninterrupted operations.
- Durable, low-maintenance design for high-traffic areas
Product Features:
Industrial Bug Screen Mesh:
Constructed using durable 17×11 industrial insect mesh, these doors allow up to 35% airflow while helping block flying insects, birds, and debris.
Standard Colors include: Green, Blue, Black & Yellow.

Breakaway design
Flexible fiberglass wind bars (aluminum hinges for large doors) and a breakaway design help minimize damage from accidental impacts. Doors can automatically reset after impact, minimizing downtime.
Designed for daily industrial use, this feature helps reduce downtime and keeps operations moving.
SnapTite Track & Automatic Reset System
Heavy-duty aluminum SnapTite tracks with integrated weather stripping are engineered for easy maintenance and quick replacement.
Many configurations feature an automatic reset capability, allowing the door to return to normal operation after impact.
Positive Floor Seal
A foam bottom cushion or bottom profile with vinyl loop conforms to uneven floor surfaces, helping eliminate gaps at the bottom of the opening.

Mounting Options
Industrial Bug Screen Doors are available in three mounting configurations to accommodate virtually any opening.
Between-Jamb Mount
Installed between the wall jambs and beneath the header.
This option places the door inside the opening and reduces available clear opening dimensions. Not available on chain hoist or high-cycle motorized models.
Best For:
- Interior openings
- When there are obstacles in the way of a wall mount
- Facilities with adequate side room and headroom
Face-of-Wall Mount
Installed on the face of the wall and sized larger than the opening to maintain maximum clear access.
Can be mounted on either the interior or exterior wall surface.
Best For:
- When you need to maintain a full clear opening
- Warehouse openings
- Loading dock doors
- Manufacturing facilities
Stand-Off Mount
Designed to mount over or around an existing sectional or roll-up door.
Tracks attach to the existing door system using specialized brackets, while brush seals or header panels help close off the top of the opening.
Best For:
- Existing dock doors
- Retrofit applications
- Facilities requiring dual-door functionality
