Industrial Vinyl Roll-Up Doors: Flexible Separation. Reliable Performance.

Industrial Vinyl Roll-Up Doors are designed for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, food processing plants, agricultural buildings, and industrial applications requiring environmental separation, visibility, and reliable daily operation.

Built with durable reinforced vinyl panels and available in manual, chain hoist, in-tube motorized, and high-cycle motorized configurations, these doors help facilities control airflow, dust, temperature, and traffic flow while maintaining operational efficiency.

Vinyl Roll-Up Doors can be easily installed on dock doors, warehouse openings, existing roll-up doors, or used as room dividers, providing versatile protection without sacrificing access or productivity.

Product Features

Heavy-Duty Vinyl Material: 22 oz Standard & 40 oz Premium

Doors are built with standard 22-ounce reinforced, mildew-resistant vinyl for durability and flexibility. For openings under long-term stress, a heavy duty 40-ounce vinyl is also available.

Vinyl Option Tear Strength Cold Crack Adhesion Standard Colors
 22 oz 140 × 150 lbs./1″ -30° F 22 lbs./2″ Forest Green, Blue, Black, Yellow

Breakaway Design

Flexible fiberglass wind bars (aluminum hinges for large doors) and a breakaway design help minimize damage from accidental impacts. Doors can automatically reset after impact, minimizing downtime.

Designed for daily industrial use, this feature helps reduce downtime and keeps operations moving.

SnapTite Track & Automatic Reset System

Heavy-duty aluminum SnapTite tracks with integrated weather stripping are engineered for easy maintenance and quick replacement.

Many configurations feature an automatic reset capability, allowing the door to return to normal operation after impact.

Watch the reset system in action:

Positive Floor Seal

A foam bottom cushion or bottom profile with vinyl loop conforms to uneven floor surfaces, helping eliminate gaps at the bottom of the opening.

Mounting Options

Industrial Vinyl Doors are available in three mounting configurations to accommodate virtually any opening.

Between-Jamb Mount

Installed between the wall jambs and beneath the header.

This option places the door inside the opening and reduces available clear opening dimensions. Not available on chain hoist or high-cycle motorized models.

Best For:

  • Interior openings
  • When there are obstacles in the way of a wall mount
  • Facilities with adequate side room and headroom

Face-of-Wall Mount

Installed on the face of the wall and sized larger than the opening to maintain maximum clear access.

Can be mounted on either the interior or exterior wall surface.

Best For:

  • When you need to maintain a full clear opening
  • Warehouse openings
  • Loading dock doors
  • Manufacturing facilities

Stand-Off Mount

Designed to mount over or around an existing sectional or roll-up door.

Tracks attach to the existing door system using specialized brackets, while brush seals or PVC top seal help close off the top of the opening.

Best For:

  • Existing dock doors
  • Retrofit applications
  • Facilities requiring dual-door functionality

Lead Times & Warranty

Lead times vary based on door size, operation type, quantity, and season. For 1–2 doors during peak summer demand, typical lead time is 3–5 weeks. Expedited production is available for an additional fee — let us know your deadline when you request a quote.

Every door is backed by a 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can vinyl roll-up doors be used as interior partitions or room dividers?

Yes. Vinyl roll-up doors are frequently used to divide production areas, washdown zones, and interior partition openings — separating temperature zones, dust, and noise while keeping full access when the door is open.

What's the difference between 22 oz and 40 oz vinyl?

Standard 22 oz vinyl handles most industrial applications with a 140 × 150 lb. tear strength and -30° F cold crack rating. Premium 40 oz vinyl roughly doubles the tear strength (308 × 283 lbs.) and is rated to -40° F — the better choice for openings under long-term stress, heavy wind exposure, or freezer and cold storage applications.

Do vinyl roll-up doors help reduce energy costs?

Yes. By closing off openings between conditioned and unconditioned spaces, vinyl doors help retain heated or cooled air, which can lower utility costs — especially at frequently used openings where a rigid door would slow traffic.

Can a vinyl door be installed over an existing dock door?

Yes. The stand-off mount attaches to your existing sectional or roll-up door system using specialized brackets, so you keep your existing door and gain a flexible vinyl barrier without modifying the opening.

What happens if a forklift hits the door?

The breakaway design with flexible wind bars is built to absorb accidental impacts, and many configurations automatically reset so the door returns to normal operation without repairs — minimizing downtime in busy facilities.

How long does it take to get a vinyl roll-up door?

Typical lead time for 1–2 doors is 3–5 weeks during peak season, and expedited production is available for a fee if you're on a tight timeline.
