Return & Refund Policy
At SB3 Doors, many of the products are custom-built to customer specifications. Because of the custom nature of industrial doors, screen systems, dock equipment, and related products, please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Orders
All SB3 Doors products are built to the specifications provided by the customer at the time of order, including but not limited to:
- Opening sizes
- Mounting configurations
- Motor/operator selections
- Colors
- Activation accessories
- Custom fabrication requirements
Because these products are custom manufactured, all sales are considered final once production has begun.
Returns
SB3 Doors does not accept returns on:
- Custom-built products
- Special order items
- Installed products
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or modification
Returns may only be considered for standard non-custom accessory items and must be approved in writing prior to return shipment.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled prior to release into production. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all quotes, specifications, measurements, mounting details, and operator selections prior to approving production.
Damaged Shipments
Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery.
Any freight damage, shortages, or missing items must be:
- Noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery
- Reported to SB3 Doors within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report freight damage within this timeframe may impact the ability to file a freight claim.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, will vary by product and component. Warranty coverage does not include:
- Improper installation
- Abuse or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by environmental conditions or impact
