High-Cycle Jackshaft Motors provide a cost-effective alternative to traditional high-speed door operators while delivering dependable performance for frequent-use roll-up door applications. Designed for demanding environments where reliability and safety are critical, these operators support continuous daily cycling without the complexity or cost of full high-speed door systems.
High-cycle operators utilize heavy-duty jackshaft motors and include safety-focused controls to support consistent operation throughout the day. Each system is supplied with an open / close / stop push-button station, an automatic timer-to-close, and monitored photo eyes to enhance safety and operational efficiency. Multiple motor configurations are available to match opening size, door weight, traffic volume, and required operating speed.
High-Cycle Motor Performance Options
High-Cycle Roll-Up Doors are available with three motor performance options, allowing operators to select the appropriate balance of speed, power, and duty rating based on application requirements. 120V single-phase is standard, with additional voltage, phase, and watertight configurations available.
