Sliding Bug Screen Doors promote fresh air and natural light while keeping insects, birds, and debris out of your facility. They're a manually operated, economical alternative to a roll-up bug screen door — ideal for openings where a roll tube isn't practical due to headroom, budget, or the size of the opening.
Rather than rolling up, the screen slides horizontally on an overhead track. Full-height galvanized pipe staffs are placed evenly through the door for wind stabilization, and cane bolts lock the door closed at the ground for a secure, stable seal.
Two Operating Styles
Bi-Parting Sliding Screen
Fixed to both jambs and meeting in the center, where the leading edges of the pipe staffs overlap to create a complete seal. Nylon cord tieback straps hold the screen secure against the fixed sides when open. Best for wider openings where splitting the traffic path in half still leaves a workable clear opening on each side.
Single Slide Sliding Screen
Fixed to one jamb and locks to the other, sliding fully open to one side. The fixed side is determined by your access point and which direction the door needs to slide. Best for openings where you want the full width clear on one side when open.
